Please twins who is the twin

In the final episode of Please Twins! In those scenes, Miina approaches Maiku without looking at him with a note in Japanese that says "I plead to the fifth.

I don't know what Miina is referring to of "I plead the fifth" because it is impossible for me to know her purpose of the note. Some explanation will help. She had the brother thing holding her back and now their relationship is wide open to move forward. She was just over come and scared by that.
